We value privacy
The Jump’s goal is to cultivate a culture of authenticity in how people connect with one another and that starts with how we operate as a business. That’s why we’re committed to never selling or tracking your data. No algorithms, no data mining, no making money off of your personal life.
What does this actually mean? It means that we won’t snoop in your account. We won’t sell your information, your location and your interests to advertisers on The Jump. Your privacy is paramount.
Security through technology
In recent years, many tech companies have consistently let their users down in the promise to protect their data and personal information. That’s why we have committed to having the highest level of security built into our platform. The Jump uses SHA-2 (secure hash algorithm 2) to encrypt communication between users and our servers. This cryptographic hash function is designed by the United States National Security Agency and protects data at a level that achieves HIPAA’s security requirements.
